Thanks for the video, Patrick. I've been builty of visualizing the things that money could buy as opposed to visualizing the intermediate results of developing rapport with sellers and getting their properties under contract.

It's like, we know what he's saying, we know it's true, but we just don't practice it. Thanks for showing me this video. I will watch it weekly so I get the right mindset and belief to unlock the full potential that I know I have.

Thanks Patrick. As a followup to you webinar last nite, It reinforces my training in real estate investing that once u have the knowledge...the next step in yours...U MUST TAKE ACTION...otherwise the training sits on a shelf and u NEED to get into the mindset that u CAN make a difference and u R successful...by GOING FORWARD..not stand still!. I totally agree that most times the motivation is fear and where u r coming from. I retired 3 and half yrs ago fr 35 yrs in Healthcare. The pension amt( not full bc of a divorce settlement) was not enough to pay expenses and health probs prevented part time work, and I was at the risk of losing a home that I had spent 40 yrs in creating. That "fear" has fueled my steps into Real Estate..and even tho I am still trying for that 1st deal (of many to follow), I still take action everyday toward success. Thanks...It is always important to keep belief in yourself and your dreams.

Very good Patrick. This works whether talking to a borrower or lender. If the borrower asks about it, you can maybe get them to create a note if they have equity or do a lease option or some other creative financing, or outright sell with your assistance. Slick. Thanks.
